Provision of a Public Analyst and Agriculture Analyst services including; * Examination and/or analysis of range of food products, food contact materials, animal feeding stuffs and fertilisers * Reporting on the results of the above * Expert opinions and advice * Training of food and agriculture enforcement officers (number of hours to be supplied per year to be negotiated on a yearly basis) * Providing evidence by means of formal reports and/or personal representation in court.
