Stop Smoking CRM Solution
Notice Description
Somerset County Council is undertaking a redesign of the Stop Smoking Service and a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system will be central to this service. An element of this redesign is to make greater use of digital technology to expand the provision of remote support to users. Somerset County Council is requesting quotes for a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system, hosted and managed by the supplier. The CRM system will be a pivotal tool for staff in the delivery and management of the Somerset Stop Smoking Service.
