Notice Title
PME- Website, CRM and Case Management Consolidation
Notice Description
Leicester city council would like to consult the market on the availability of a platform that we can use to interact with our customers in a more holistic way. We currently have a heterogeneous set of websites that are used for the provision of services. They broadly break down into three categories: * The first consists of our large departmental systems that have a web "portal" to facilitate dealing with customer queries. We are not likely to replace these at this stage, but want to make them appear as one. * The second consists of our smaller business systems and associated portals which could possibly be replaced. Many of these are case management or Customer Relationship Management systems * The third category is made up of "brochure" websites with limited functionality and mainly exist for marketing purposes. These make up about half of our sites. We are looking to reduce the cost of ownership, provide a long-term flexible solution while maintaining the independence of these sites. Before commencing a formal tender process, we are keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification. We are committed to fairness and transparency in all of our procurement activity. Responding to this pre-market engagement will not place you in a more favourable position at any resulting tender stage and likewise declining to respond will not disadvantage you. The responses received will only be used for the purposes of background information which informs our specification and options appraisal and will not be used for selection or award purposes in any tender process.
