Notice Description

Market Engagement Supplier Event Where will the event be held? An initial telephone presentation followed by separate one-to-one sessions with individual suppliers. These sessions will be available either face to face in DWP Hartshead Square Sheffield or via teleconference. At this stage this notice is a placeholder and full details and times will be provided in the New Year. Background of Intended Procurement The Reducing Parental Conflict (RPC) Programme aims to help parents across England to reduce the conflict in their relationships with each other to secure better outcomes for their children. This element of the RPC programme aims to provide evidence-based targeted face-face support for families of the most disadvantaged children, whether the parents are together or separated. Event We wish to provide prior notice that DWP will be holding a presentation and follow up discussion sessions for interested suppliers during the week of 22nd January 2018 to 26th January 2018. An initial Briefing Call will be held on Monday 22nd January 2018 which is anticipated to run between one and two hours. We will then seek supplier input on the current designs of the Face-to-Face provision for this programme by holding individual meetings with interested suppliers. DWP will seek the views and insight of suppliers and it is anticipated that these follow up meetings will run for 45 to 60 minutes and will be available either in person or via teleconference. Registering Delegates The Presentation call will be held on the afternoon of Monday 22nd January 2018 and we anticipate follow-up meetings will be held on Wednesday 24th January and Thursday 25th January 2018. Additional times for follow-up meetings will be made available if required.
