Southampton City Council provide prior Information Notice for suppliers to be aware of our intention to re-procure the Christmas Lights and Decorations in 2022 for commencement at Christmas 2022. The current lights are visible until January for interested parties to view at their discretion and to assist them with their bids for the opportunity when it arises
