Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44)
Notice Description
NHSPS requires a fully qualified Supplier to conduct Level 3 & Level 4 Air Conditioning Inspections (ACIs) on all of our qualifying properties across our Estate in England. These ACIs should be fully compliant with the UK Government requirements and will be lodged on the central Non-Domestic Energy Performance Register.
