Notice Description

The Department of Health and Social Care is looking to undertake a retendering process to award a contract for the the NIHR Research Delivery Network co-ordinating centre. The initial contract duration will be 5 years, starting on 1/4/2024 with the option to extend for up to a further 4 years. A Prior Invitation Notice (PIN) for early market engagement was published on 14th April 2022 via Find Tender Service (FTS): https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/010082-2022?origin=SearchResults&p=1 The DHSC is holding a virtual market engagement event on 14th June, 2022. The intention of this market engagement event is to provide the potential bidders with the opportunity to understand and provide feedback on the upcoming DHSC procurement process and the key requirements of the project. The feedback of this market consultation may be used in the planning and conduct of the procurement procedure. For avoidance of doubt this is not a call for competition and this market engagement process does not form part of the formal procurement process. A market consultation questionnaire, and project description are attached to this notice. To register your interest for the event and the submission of your market questionnaire use the DHSC Atamis eTendering System as follows: 'Select this link to access and register your organisation to the Atamis system https://health-family.force.com/s/Welcome, if you have not already done so. To find this Market Engagement in the eTendering system, select "Find Opportunities" and then search by project number or title. Once you have found the Market Engagement, press the 'Register Interest' button to register your interest. This will make the project to appear on 'My proposals and quotes'. From there you can review documents, send clarification messages, submit the completed questionnaire, or decline to respond, if you decide not to participate in the Market Engagement.' or Alternatively register your interest for the event and the submission of filled questionnaire via email to gauri.jain@dhsc.gov.uk quoting 'Co-ordinating Centre for the Research Delivery Network service' no later than 13th June 2022, midday.
