Notice Description

St Anns Advice Group (SAAG) is seeking to procure and work with an additional partner organisation (or a partnership with a lead agency) to contribute to our Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Financial Inclusion Project Money Sorted in D2N2 by helping us to undertake a full Evaluation of the project, including enabling project Participants to get involved and play a full role in the evaluation process. Our Evaluation framework will provide real-time learning that drives continuous improvement in the services and activities we offer and help us address wider system-change. We also see evaluation as central to our participation strategy, enabling our work to be shaped directly by people accessing our services. We are fully committed to ensuring that participants have every opportunity to shape and influence how the Project develops and how it works at both operational and governance levels. In order to achieve our goals for the Project and for individual participants we believe it is essential that participants are fully involved at all stages and at all levels. The two key elements of this work are: 1. The development of an Evaluation Framework and support to the evaluation process throughout the duration of the project, in line with Section K of our Project Plan. 2. The development of, and support to, the delivery of a Participant Involvement Policy and Plan throughout the duration of the project in line with Section J of our Project Plan.
