Notice Description

The purpose of the procurement was to appoint a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to develop proposals and secure outline planning consent for four Council-owned sites: * New Fosseway, Hengrove * Knowle West Health Park, Filwood * Cameron Centre, Lockleaze * Blake Centre, Lockleaze The Council intends to either develop the site(s) itself or dispose of the sites with the benefit of outline planning permission. The Procurement Route selected for this project was a Further Competition using the West of England Combined Authorities (WECA) Professional Services Framework 2018-2022 which was established in accordance with EU procurement regulations.
