Notice Description

This proposed project will provide a minimum of 53 affordable one bed accommodation units and 8 two bed accommodation units using modern methods of construction. In addition to the accommodation units, a commercial space of approximately 700m2 is to be provided. This space will be used for light industrial, warehouse and storage. It will involve off-site constructed, volumetric modules designed to be installed with minimum disruption to the site location. The building is not required to be relocated at any time.
