1527/JO- Flow Cytometer with automatic plate loader

Notice Description

The University of Sheffield is out to tender on behalf of the Department of Animal and Plant Sciences for a Flow Cytometer with automatic plate loader. The system will support a wide range of applications, ranging from estimating microbial population dynamics to quantifying proportion of fluorescent protein marked bacterial strains in competition-based fitness assays. Importantly, the new flow cytometer will be equipped with automatic plate loader, to conduct high throughput assays by automatically measuring the performance of 96 populations at time. The ITT can be downloaded by registering and expressing your interest on the University's e-tendering system https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. The full technical specification can be found in the tender documentation which will be sent to you once you have expressed your interest.
