VIABILITY STUDY RELATED TO THE TENDRING COLCHESTER BORDERS GARDEN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN DOCUMENT
Notice Description
Tendring District Council and Colchester Borough Council in partnership with Essex County Council (the Councils) seek to appoint consultants to undertake a viability study related to the preparation of the emerging Tendring Colchester Borders Garden Community Development Plan Document (DPD). The study will: * advise the Councils on viability of the policies and land use proposals as set out in the DPD in accordance with national policy and guidance. * to test and provide evidence that the proposed infrastructure and policy re-quirements are viable, to form background evidence for consideration via an Examination in Public of the DPD.
