The Council is seeking quotes for the design of the Council's tenants' newsletter, Contact Point, for a period of 21 months from April 2018 to produce two newsletters for 2018 and three news letters for 2019; editions required for July and November 2018 and March, July and November 2019) Additional information: If not already registered with In-Tend, using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal, then you will need to register to be able to tender. The Council is utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers. Accordingly, there will be no hard copy documents issued to Tenderers and all communications with the Council, including the submission of Tenderers' Responses, will be conducted via the In-Tend system, which can be accessed using the following link: https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing Delivery Notes This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
