Notice Description

Opportunity to provide Fortis Living's group-wide risk services (including insurance and brokerage provision and best possible management of our entire risk portfolio) across our 15,000 stock; split into two lots: Lot 1 - General Insurance (property, liability, engineering, office combined, computer, group personal accident, management risks, tools, commercial crime, deterioration of stock and work in progress) Lot 2 - Motor/Fleet Insurance. This notice is linked to the OJEU Notice Number 2016-026855 This contract will be for up to two brokers/insurers to provide all the insurance requirements for an initial three year period. Attached to this notification are the following documents: - Insurance Tender (ITT) - Cost Matrix (appendix C) - Property Schedules (appendix 2) - Lifts Schedule (appendix 5) - Corporate Training Plan (appendix H) - Example Inspection/Reporting Forms (appendix J) Documents which hold commercially sensitive information which will be emailed directly to any interested parties are: - 5 Years Claims Experience (appendix 1) - Risk Register (appendix 6) - Play Area Reports (appendix 9) - Motor Fleet Schedule (appendix 10) - Example Policies & Procedures (appendix D) - Business Continuity Plan (appendix G) - Sewerage Treatment/Pumping Systems Schedule (appendix I) - Solar/PV Array Information (appendix K)
