Notice Description

The Council wishes to offer clients a service where clients can attend a dedicated day care facility that is specifically set up for such purpose at a location at which the clients are provided with support, care and activities both indoor and outdoor. Such outdoor activities may include, horticulture, farming or other outdoor activities. Services may be required 24/7, may be a whole or half day, or offer a meeting point providing "drop-in" for clients at times of their choosing, or certain activities or sessions. The framework will cover: Learning Disabilities; Older People/Dementia; Mental Health; Drug & Alcohol; Physical Disability and Transitions.
