Bolsover District Council invites submissions from established community-based arts organisations who are skilled at managing arts based projects, developing new partnerships and find inspiration in places and individual people; the organisation will creatively manage a programme of works and events leading to improvement of the visual appearance of Shirebrook Market Square as part of a Market Square Enlivenment project, primarily focussing on the shutters and shop fronts. The organisation must have a local work base. Only those organisations who can demonstrate well established local links and extensive experience of co-creation and collaboration with a range of partners to deliver high quality place-based arts projects should apply. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal"). The e-Tendering Portal can be accessed. https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Bolsoverdc all communications (including submission of Tenders) should be carried out via the e-Tendering Portal.
