Safeguarding Adults Risk Audit

Notice Description

The appointment of an Independent Reviewer for a Safeguarding Adults Review to ensure a robust process to facilitate the learning of lessons. The Reviewer will liaise with partner agencies and interview individuals, family members and convene learning events as necessary in order to determine the information required to enable the production of a robust report and recommendations to the Safeguarding Adults Board. A report will be produced for the SAB providing with reasons, recommendations for lessons to be learnt and how service improvements might be made to mitigate any future risk and further improved partnership working.
