Notice Description

The Trust need to commission an independent research company to capture feedback to explore perceptions of our services and reputation and track these over time. In addition there may be a requirement to carry out bespoke research projects on an ad-hoc basis. There is a requirement for the Trust to gauge views using perception research methods from three core audiences including: - The public - Commissioning stakeholders (e.g. GP?s) - Wider stakeholders (e.g. MP?s, Health and Wellbeing board members) 3.3 Six phases of research have already been carried out each interviewing 1100 members of the public in each phase. Four phases also included in-depth interviews with a mix of stakeholders. The perception research may need to be expanded e.g. to incorporate research into patient hospital choice to identify any whether this differs by the ailment that is being treated and new models of care. Further details of the Contracting Authority?s requirements under the contract and other relevant information are given in the Specification at Schedule 1.
