The Streetwise Consortium comprises representatives from DfT, Highways England, Welsh Government, Transport Scotland, Traffic Northern Ireland the Republic of Ireland and TfL. Highways England is seeking to contract with an experienced Consultant in this area who will support the Streetwise Consortium through its commitments.
