Notice Title

Q3/4 Validation Automation (DFP)

Notice Description

The Digital Forensics Programme (DFP) aims to optimise digital forensics practices in policing through the implementation of five overarching projects: * Selective Examination & Extraction (SEE) * Automation * Validation * Enduring Capability * Rape Response Review Project Tech Uplift 2 (RRRP2) The Validation project has established a centralised digital forensic tool validation service, reducing the validation burden of ISO17025 and the FSR CoPC and facilitating the deployment of digital forensics software in police forces. The service minimises duplication of activities by conducting validation activities centrally. The scope of this ITT includes the critical validation activity required to ensure the ongoing success of software implementations associated with the RRRP2 and Automation projects.
