Highways England are looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out engagement through to publication of the newly "revised" Traffic Signs Manual Chapter 8. TSM Chapter 8 is a set of manuals which give guidance around traffic safety measures (including signs) for road works and temporary situations.
