This is the first annual reopening of the Home Care Framework. This tender is split into the following lots: Lot A - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment. Lot B - Adults aged over 18 who meet the Care Act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either lives within their own home or a supported living environment.
