Evidence from elsewhere suggests that a timely and appropriate response to survivors has the potential to prevent prolonged suffering and is cost-effective. *Suicide survivor refers to those who have lost a significant other as a result of death by suicide This tender is to enable the Council to contract with a provider to deliver this new service.
