Extra Care schemes are for Adults who want to live in their own\r home with a 24 hours a day and 7 days a week onsite support, if they need it. It\r means living in a safe property, with self-contained apartments in a well-maintained\r modern schemes in the heart of the community that is purpose built and tailored to\r the needs of Older People.
