The project will look to test the effectiveness of peer-to-peer learning through the use of mentors and demonstration farms to work towards the delivery of sustainable farming actions (conservation and biodiversity, Integrated Pest Management, soil quality, animal welfare, non-renewable resource use efficiency, community relations and water resource management,) Evidence will be gathered through a series of interviews, questionnaires and workshops that aim to capture land manager insights and thoughts on this method of upskilling.
