Evaluation of the Safety of Women at Night Fund. This will be an independent programme level evaluation of the initiatives delivered by successful grant bidders. The evaluation partner will deliver both an impact and process evaluation, seeking to understand both the specific impact of funded plans and the factors effecting the process of implementation in areas.
