The requirement for this tender is for the films within the collection 'Disability on Film' due to publish on the BFI Player (in August 2017), to be accessible to hearing and sight impaired audiences. Transcription/Adaptation Services, Closed Caption/SHD Subtitle Services and Audio Description/Sensory Language Services.
