Notice Description

Chelmsford City Council intends to build new swimming pools and ancillary sports facilities at its existing Riverside centre that will complement retail, business and housing investment in the city centre. To facilitate this first class redevelopment Chelmsford City Council wishes to appoint a Project Manager with extensive previous project management experience of delivering wet leisure projects (RIBA stages C-L) to provide project management services in connection with the redevelopment of its Riverside Ice and Leisure Centre. Tenders will only be considered from Project Managers who can evidence previous experience of project managing wet leisure projects (RIBA stages C-L). This will be a pass/fail criteria within the tender evaluation.
