Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: All text Instead of: 'This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process.' - Service commences 01/04/2026, end date 31/03/2029 - Lifetime value of Contract PS2,095,779.85. Following receipt of the representation the Council conducted a review into the decision to award the contract or conclude the framework agreement, taking into account the representations made. Following the review, the Council made a further decision to enter into the contract or conclude the framework agreement as intended after the standstill period has ended. Representation made by one Provider during standstill period.
