***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the Legal Services Panel RM6179 - Lot 1 - General Legal Advice and Services Brief Description of Requirement To plan and develop options for legislation and associated regulation for Hydrogen heating. This would be required to enable the creation of a hydrogen town pilot by the end of the decade, and the associated emergence of a new hydrogen based heating market.
