The Big Lottery Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Northumberland Bridge Project is taking a partnership approach to delivering personalised support to get residents of Northumberland who are furthest from the labour market to move closer to employment. Northumberland County Council (NCC) is Lead Accountable Body for the project. VoiCeS Northumberland manages the Bridge partnership on behalf of NCC. VoiCeS Northumberland as the Strategic Operational Lead for Northumberland Bridge, is seeking to purchase a short specialist programme to support carers in Northumberland to improve their skills and ability to move closer to the labour market.
