Notice Title

YAS 229 19_20 Staff Engagement Platform

Notice Description

The Yorkshire Ambulance Service Staff Engagement Platform will provide an 'open' arena for sharing and managing ideas and enhancing those ideas through engagement with staff, and potentially service users. The platform will enable users to propose their ideas for improvement that they would like to implement with support but also enable managers and senior managers to submit challenges, thereby engaging with staff to suggest potential solutions to larger scale issues. All elements of the platform should be interactive, with staff being able to comment freely within each posed idea. Ideally, this platform will be developed to allow multiple users from other, partner organisations, to host their own platform whilst also being able to contribute to a collaborative platform. The platform will have a function that enables users to share learning from improvement projects with an additional searchable function to locate projects through the use of 'key' words. In addition, there should be a reporting function that highlights the statistics behind the application. The platform must be easy to access by staff with the option of access through an application or on-line with both interfaces being mutually appealing. The platform must only be accessible by authorised personal and privacy settings must be applied to ensure confidentiality of platform submissions.
