The University of Salford wish to procure the services of a contractor to undertake stripout and refurbishment works to form a new Collaboration and Learning space within the ground floor of the existing Allerton Building at the University's main campus. Additional information: The lowest value has been declared at PS25,000 but the University does not know at this stage what the actual value might be.
