Notice Description

The subject matter of this process relates to the delivery of services which are listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations. The contract provides for the provision of learning disability supported living services to eight tenants in individual self-contained flats with a communal living area. The contract shall support persons with a learning disability and / or autism alongside additional needs connected to Mental Health, Personality Disorder, or a Chaotic Lifestyle. The people supported will be low needs, with shared core support hours of 105 per week plus a night concierge service (it is anticipated any additional 1 to 1 support identified at assessment and through support plans will be no more than 20hrs/week 1 to 1 support). The contract period is initially two (2) years with an option to extend by up to a maximum of one (1) further year beginning on 17 January 2022.
