The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) Regulatory Delivery Directorate is the appointed market surveillance authority, responsible for enforcing the RoHS Regulations within the UK. For more information, visit the Regulatory Delivery website: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/national-regulation-enforcement-services BEIS will carry out ongoing market surveillance to determine the current levels of compliance in various sectors in the UK with the RoHS requirements. Contract will be awarded based on the criteria set out in the sourcing documents. CLOSING TIME FOR BIDS IS 22/11/2016 at 17:00 HOURS. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO THE BUYER.
