Notice Description
To undertake additional market testing, as requested by Cllr Paul Smith, and to advise on the outline design for a priority sites in Lockleaze, market the sites and advise the Council on the procurement of a developer partner for the priority site which needs to be disposed of in this financial year to assist in meeting the Mayoral target of delivering 2000 homes 800 affordable by 2020.
