A contractor has been appointed via sub-lot 2.1 of CBC's Regeneration & Business Consultancy Framework for the review of a Viability Assessment regarding affordable housing at the Beale Street development ref CB/21/05529/FULL. The existing site was formerly a Jewsons builders' merchants and yard, which comprises office space over three floors with a GIA 200m2 per floor and ground floor storage sheds with a GIA of 1,470m2, whilst the site extends to 5,200m2 in total. The site benefits from an outline consent for 51 units.
