Multi-Specialty Community Provider (MCP) - Dudley - Market Engagement
Notice Description
NHS Dudley CCG, in conjunction with Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, intends to commission a Multi-specialty Community Provider (MCP) for the delivery of a range of community-based health and care services for the registered patient population covered by the CCG and the resident population of the Council . It is anticipated that the MCP will, in summary:- * hold a contract of up to 15 years; * manage a single, whole-population budget; * transform access to and delivery of community health and care services; * meet a defined set of outcome and performance measures. The services to be provided by the MCP are likely to include (among others):- * community-based physical health services; * some existing out-patient services; * primary medical services; * urgent care and primary care out of hours services; * adult social care services; * mental health services; * learning Disability Services; * end of life care; * activities currently carried out by the CCG The purpose of this PIN is to initiate market engagement and is not being used as a call for competition. The PIN is intended to: 1. Inform the market of a potential future procurement process for the Dudley MCP (And therefore enable the market to begin to plan for this) 2. Advise of a market engagement event which will be held on the afternoon of the 19th January 2017 at the Copthorne Hotel in Brierley Hill, Dudley. Whilst it is expected that the contract will be awarded to a single legal entity for the entirety of service provision, the event is intended for interested parties (i.e potential providers, partners or sub-contractors to the MCP) where they believe they have the capacity and capability to provide an element of the scope of services and/or to support the delivery of its contracted requirements. Further details relating to the service scope and requirements of the Multi-Specialty Community Provider (MCP) can be found via the Bravo eProcurement Portal. Details of how to access the portal can be found later within this notice. Please note, all documents and indicative procurement time scales made available as part of this market engagement are draft and subject to change. Responding to the Market Engagement: * Click "my Response" under PQQ details, you can now choose to "Create Response". Note deadline, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PQQ * You must submit your response using the "Submit Response" button. Please note, the deadline to register to attend the market engagement event is 17:00 on Friday 6th January 2017.
