Transitioning Ahead is a motivational course for 18+ ESA, JSA & UC Claimants with a diagnosed or undiagnosed health condition, who are pre or post Work Programme. The aim of the provision is to move them closer to the labour market by developing confidence in their managing personal circumstances, addressing barriers and developing skills to support a return to work.
