Notice Description

On 09 March 2023 a Written Ministerial Statement was issued confirming that the A27 Arundel bypass scheme had been deferred to the next Roads Investment Period (RIS3), which covers 2025 to 2030. This service is required to support National Highways during the deferral period and with the preferred route remaining in place. The deferred period has been defined as "until a decision to progress or stop the scheme". The latest possible date for a decision is assumed to be September 2025. This service will support National Highways with responding to: - Correspondence requiring technical input and including responses to freedom of information and Environmental Impact Reviews (EIR) - Blight notices - Discretionary purchase applications.
