Requirement 2gether Support Solutions is seeking recovery solution proposals by high quality and highly capable suppliers committed to delivering excellence and who are able to demonstrate effective recovery of un-paid Parking Penalty Charge Notices (PCN's) The Service providers must offer full integration to Unity5 ZatPark, Bi-directional API Software. (https://www.unity5.com/) We require a fast, seamless service implementation. Background Unity5 was awarded a contract to provide ZatPark; which is an end to end back office process that offers a digital parking permit system; a parking enforcement system which is linked to the parking permit system on a real-time basis and supported by mobile Automatic number plate recognition (ANPR); and a parking fines and penalty charge notice (PCN's) payment and appeals, management system. How to Opt/in and Submit Bid proposal: The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, via the BravoSolutions e-Tendering system, website address: https://commercialsolutions.bravosolution.co.uk Selection and award criteria is as stated in the procurement documents. Additional information: Collection/Recovery agents with Bi-directional integration with Unity5 wishing to Bid should: i) access the e-Tendering system ii) click "View current opportunities and notices" iii) register for interest in the itt_4432 - Recovery of Parking Penalty Charge Notices iv) download the documents available from the Attachments section and thereafter, follow the instructions contained therein. v) if wishing to bid, accurately and fully complete the e-Tendering portal Envelopes and submit your Tender by no later than 15:00 on Tuesday, 20th June 2023. 2gether Support Solutions reserves the right not to award the opportunity or to award only part (or a different arrangement) of the opportunity described in this notice.
