Our requirements: * An intervention to develop negotiation and influence skills of staff * Interactive and engaging intervention * Appropriate challenge and support for all attendees * Pre course engagement (eg. pre-course thinking) * Post training activity to embed the learning (eg. Reflection piece) * Provider to provide all relevant training materials
