The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of 'Dance and Music for Under 5’s' under contract title ESCW(C)4913. This procurement, classified under education and training services, is currently complete, having reached the award stage with the contract duration running from 1st June 2015 to 31st May 2017. The award, valued at £29,997.04, was made to Community Solutions on 16th September 2015. Interested organisations were required to submit tenders by 26th May 2015, focusing on delivering active music and dance experiences for children aged 0 to 5 years in Tower Hamlets, London.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in children's activities, particularly those with expertise in music and dance education. Companies that have experience working with young children and their families, qualified tutors, and a background in developing engaging educational programmes would be well-suited to compete. Moreover, knowledge of the local cultural demographics and a commitment to providing quality service are essential, especially as the provider must comply with local standards such as paying the London Living Wage to staff involved in service delivery.
