Notice Description

UCLPartners Procurement Service (UCLP PS) on behalf of the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust, the Authority) invites expressions of interest in the provision of a Phased A&E Expansion; Remodelling and Emergency 23 hour Ambulatory Assessment Unit- Contract 2 (the Contract). These Works comprise of alteration, refurbishment and extension works to various parts of the hospital as shown on architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and public health services drawings and specifications included in the tender package. <b>Please ensure you read the tender instructions carefully and fully.</b> Additional information: 1. To receive more information about this tender, including any amendments and/or clarifications and to request any clarifications and/or to respond to this tender, you must register your interest to this tender on Due North, the Contracting Authority's e-tendering portal www.LPPsourcing.org, and follow the instructions there set out. If you experience any problems, please contact the Due North Helpdesk on 01670 597136 or by email to support@due-north.com for further assistance. 2. The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is available on the e-tendering portal Due North once you have registered your interest in this tender. The PQQ must be completed in full and submitted via the Due North Tender box by the 18th June 2015 at 12 noon. There is a 50MB file size limit for a single document being uploaded into the Tender box. Please be mindful that larger files may take longer to attach, so ensure this is done with enough time before the closing date and time- ideally using an appropriate compression (zipping) program. 3. Failure to comply with these instructions may result in your Expression of Interest being rejected. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to abandon this procurement process at any stage following the publication of this Notice and/or not to award any contract. 5. The duration of the contract identified in II.3 is approximate and for guidance purposes only and full details of the scope and requirements for the completion of the Project will be set out in the tender documentation. 6. All Applicants are solely responsible for their costs and expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and submission of the PQQ and all future stages of the selection, evaluation and award process. Under no circumstances will the Contracting Authority or any of its advisors be liable for any costs or expenses borne by the Applicant or its associated organisations or any of its advisors in this process whether the Applicant is successful or otherwise.
