To provide digital support to unpaid adult carers in Central Bedfordshire, to compliment any existing Carers Support Services. This aim of the service is to identify more unpaid carers in Central Bedfordshire, and to provide light-touch, preventative support to carers to promote resilience. SERVICE OBJECTIVES o Identify and engage unpaid carers at scale. There is a particular focus on under-represented groups (e.g. working age carers and male carers) o Offer light-touch, preventative support to promote community resilience. This includes information and signposting; emotional and 'self-care' support; online peer support and automated self-service tools o Partner with appropriate agencies and carers organisations o Ensure carers have easy and timely access to information, advice and signposting services and are made aware of the support services that are available and relevant to them o Carers are supported to maintain their wellbeing so they can remain in their caring role o Carers are supported when their caring role comes to an end as relevant, including peer support Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
