The Framework Agreement for the supply of Locksmith Services. The framework consists of 2 lots. Lot 1: The provision of Locksmith Services North. Lot 2: The provision of Locksmith Services South. Additional information: Instructions to Suppliers: All relevant documentation will be available to download through 'Blue Light'. All communications should, in the first instance be transmitted through the e-tendering portal 'Blue Light'. This portal holds the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) and associated documents. Completed PQQ should be submitted along with any relevant supporting information electronically via the Blue Light (eTendering system) www.bluelight.go.uk (Due North system) no later than the respond by date and time.
