Air Quality Modelling Procurement

Notice Description

Requirement of air quality modelling across the whole spatial area of the London Borough of Hackney. This includes modelling air pollutant concentrations for nitrogen dioxide (NO2) and particulate matter (PM10 and PM2.5), providing specific pollutant concentrations at all educational and health care establishments within the administrative area. The output from this modelling will need to act as a baseline for comparative purposes so that the potential impacts from the implementation of low traffic neighbourhoods (LTNs) on air quality within the scheme area can be assessed. Where LTNs are predicted to, or have been shown to, cause a significant change in traffic flow within an area, air quality modelling of the scheme area will be undertaken ('with scheme' scenario). A minimum of 3 'with scheme' scenarios will be required to be modelled.
