Notice Description

South Tyneside Council manages 17,000 domestic properties, and in accordance with Pre-action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims (England) South Tyneside Council (STC) is required to respond to such claims and instruct an Expert Witness to carry out a detailed survey of the defects listed within the claimant's letter of claim. STC require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out inspection, providing a detailed Expert Witness report and Scott Schedule, which is part 35 compliant in order to be used as evidence at court. This is a further competition under Framework DN679373: Built Environment Design and Consultancy Services [FTS Ref: 2023/S 000-025741] Lot 4 - Surveying Sub-Lot 1 - North Tenders must be submitted via ProContract e-Tender system (the "System") https://procontract.due-north.com/register
