Summary of the contracting process

Staffordshire Police has successfully awarded a contract to Catch22 for the provision of a Navigator Service in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. This initiative, aimed at providing community, social, and personal services, is scheduled to commence on 1st April 2025 and will run until 31st March 2028. This project falls under the public procurement category of services and follows an open procurement procedure, with the tendering period having ended on 6th August 2024.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses that specialise in social work, community services, and healthcare support. SMEs and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) would be particularly well-suited to engage in this initiative, given their understanding of local support systems and experience in navigating complex social issues.
