Teledermatology Service - NHS Sandwell and West Birmingham CCG
Notice Description
NHS Birmingham and Sandwell CCG Teledermatology Project NHS Sandwell & West Birmingham CCG are inviting expressions of interest for suppliers to take part in a market engagement session as part of an upcoming Teledermatology project. Suppliers must have experience of delivering software to support referral routes from Primary Care to Community and Acute Services. Suppliers must also have relevant robust Information Governance compliance to ensure patient confidentiality is not compromised and data controllers not put at any risk regardless of significance. The supplier's software can be deliverable either via a mobile APP and/or equivalent PC client software or cloud based portal. The CCG's final service specification will be based on the ability of the suppliers within the market place and their experience of delivering software to support this new Teledermatology service. As this is a new service the CCG hope to gain insight from experts from across the market to ensure that expectations are realistically aligned. There is also a high expectation and dependency that the supplier's product(s) support seamless referral processes via eRS (Electronic Referral System). The market engagement session will be planned for late May/Early June and suppliers will have the opportunity to demonstrate their product(s) to a selected number of members from the Dermatology Steering Group. This will include clinicians and service providers. If you are interested in attending the above market engagement session please express your interest via the Bravo Procurement Portal https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html, no later than 5pm on Monday 14th May 2018. Further information regarding the event including the date, location and format will be confirmed following the 14th May deadline. How to register to attend the Market Engagement Event 1. Register your company on the eSourcing portal (this is only required once) - Browse to the eSourcing Portal: https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk and click the link to register 2. Accept the terms and conditions and click 'continue' - Enter your correct business and user details -Note the user-name you chose and click 'Save' when complete - You will shortly receive an e-mail with your unique password (please keep this secure). 3. To confirm your attendance - Click 'PQQs open to all and find Teledermatology Service (PQQ_487) you can choose to 'Create Response' or to 'Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) - You can now use the 'Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification - Note the deadline for completion 14th May 2018, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the PQQ (there is detailed on-line help available) You must then submit your reply using the 'Submit Response' button at the top of the page.
